Pat McFadden, MP for Wolverhampton South East and Minister for Business, Innovation and Skills and Gender Matters, a registered charity that provides information and support for transgender people, presented the certificate in a ceremony at Seetec’s Wolverhampton employment and training centre on Friday 11th September 2009.
